Cook the noodles as directed on the package. I like to use Lo Mein egg noodles.
Make the sauce by adding 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce (if using) to a small bowl, mixing until well combined. This recipe comes together quickly, so be sure to have this step ready before you need it.
